I'm purging my Inbox of unwanted e-mail. I just "unsubscribed" from Amazon e-mail notifications. After I completed the required form, it responded with
"You will receive an e-mail confirming your new choices."
Yeah, that's like when you have trouble with your ISP and call they put you on infinite hold, where an elevator voice says "look for help on our web site."
